Cheryl Walker
Cheryl Walker joined Kelly Community in September of 2018 while in the market for a new car. She had known about our credit union for years through television commercials and friends, but was prompted to join after hearing of our conveniently low car interest rates. With our help, Cheryl purchased an Acura RLX, which just happened to be her favorite color: Dallas Cowboy Blue!
Since joining, Cheryl has utilized many of our services. She took out a mortgage loan and opened checking, savings, and money market accounts. She even paid off the car loan that initially brought her to our community! Cheryl recommended her parents and daughter to Kelly Community and never hesitates to share her experience with those around her!
Cheryl has a serving heart and a passion for helping people, which is where her mortgage loan came into play. She knew that she wanted to start her own real estate business, but wanted to be sure every financial aspect was taken care of before taking such a giant leap. By utilizing our mortgage loan, Cheryl went on to use her home equity money to start the real estate company of her dreams. Her business consists of purchasing houses, remodeling them, and selling them. She claims she still has room to grow, but it is transforming into everything she dreamed of.
